Beautiful and refreshing iced!

I followed the recommendation and make this (so far) as iced tea. I love it on these hot, humid summer days! I’ve served it to guests who loved it, too. The jasmine is my favorite part. Highly recommend!

Refreshing Iced

I enjoyed Persephone better as an iced tea then I did as a hot tea. Hot the Jasmine is quite subtle and the oolong comes out a bit more but overall the flavor is not super intense. I used however and with a little bit of agave nectar I get a lovely Jasmine Note coming through and the tea is perfectly refreshing.

Obsessed!

I bought this at the Farmer's Market last year and was obsessed! I have bought this multiple times- So glad this is an annual spring tea is back!
