It does NOT curl my hair & the on/off button is in a terrible place …as you’re trying to curl hair your fingers/hand touch it & it turns off! And takes forever to cool down after unplug! Dont buy! Customer service phone number just goes to voice mail. Seeking refund! Which they said cost is high to send back, so they offered me $25 on my $118 spent! Do better TYMO! I sent both tools back…sent them tracking number…still waiting to hear back. Cost me $33 to return. They offered me $25 on $118 total!! Whole day…no response and dont bother calling anyone of the 3 numbers listed. And dont patronize me by saying i should have tried a lower temp setting on Rovy Compact. I tried low, medium settings. Way too hot. Now…waiting to get my refund minus $33 & tax thry charge.

The unit works as intended, but the location of the buttons (to turn on and change the temperature) are so that they make it difficult not to bump them while using it. I keep accidentally shutting it off while I am using it, so I will need some practice!

I love this, the blades are nice and thin for short hair and the air flowing through during use is a brilliant idea. You will need an adaptor to plug it into electricity as it comes with a European plug. (Luckily l have one.)
