I ordered a pair of the laces after the ones that came with my boots wore out. They didn’t even last a month of use before snapping. I called them the next day and they sent me a new pair no questions asked. Great customer service. I wouldn’t recommend these laces specifically but I would 100% recommend brunt to everyone due to great customer service.

Customer Service was the Real Win

My last pair of laces that came with the boot couldn't handle more than 10 months of daily wear, so brunt sent me the closest thing they had in stock and got the issue resolved for free without a penny extra spent. Handling your customers like that is the reason they will be receiving my money in the future.
