Filling and texturally satisfying

The chocolate flavour is the best (isn’t overly sweet) and mixes delightfully with skim milk. A really good go to on busy mornings between the gym and work. I know I’m ticking boxes nutritionally and the smooth and thick texture (I use about 400ml of milk) makes it a really satisfying shake. Good stuff.

I was really surprised at how good this meal replacement is. It makes a great moose like consistency and tastes amazing all while keeping hunger away. Highly recommended!

Hi This particular product didn't agree with me. Flavour worked, it was the dairy that affected me. So, that's clearly not saying that it wouldn't work for many others.
