This works really well for me. Get sleepy quick & get more deep sleep. This is backed up by my watch sleep stats. My wife struggles with insomnia & she has been taking it too. She has noticed a considerable difference with falling asleep & sleeps deeper & longer as well. Highly recommend

I've only been using this for 5 days and I do think it is helping me sleep better. I have still woken around 3am but have been able to go back to sleep. It doesn't make you drowsy the next day which is great.
