Excellent Customer Service!

We had ordered a pair of Velo Shades on Amazon a few months ago. Somehow one of the ear pieces came off while my son was playing baseball. (He loves these glasses!) I reached out to customer service with an email, however during that time we found the link to order a replacement ear piece and quickly placed the order. Within just an hour of my email someone from their customer service reached out to help. I explained that we had already ordered a replacement set. They generously threw in another pair of Earglovz! Of course, he much prefers the color they threw in over the white I had ordered. I never expected someone to respond that same day and within an hour. Overall, the sunglasses look and feel great! We'll definitely be ordering another pair! We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the fact that they back their products.

My kid is playing HS ball and Travel ball this summer. I bought another pair of Cutters and some Earglovz to match both team’s colors. I will have to swap out the lens from the other Cutters, change out the Earglovz, and he’s all set for the season. It’s cool that you can do this. Just make sure you have the same generation of sunglasses.
