DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The leather is beautiful but the design of the straps of the backpack did not work for me. The buckles sat right where my arms rub so it was very uncomfortable. I have tried to return it but have had zero response. Do not buy from this company, there is no customer service. I have sent emails and tried a live chat through their website with no response. Now I’m stuck with a $300 backpack that doesn’t work for me.
