Silver Lining

A great gift.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. She loved it and enjoyed puzzling her way through the puzzle. The artwork and packaging are great, and we were glad to support a small business. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service provided by the shipping company were probably the worst I've ever seen, anywhere. We were never given an ETA for the delivery, and the subpar AI agent used for the customer service chat was absolutely hopeless. Updates provided were inaccurate and useless. Quality of the puzzle and the experience of completing it: extremely high. Service and communication provided by the shipper: extremely low. Among the worst I've ever seen. I bought a guitar on eBay many years ago, the shipment was lost for a while, and I thought it had been stolen. It was eventually found and delivered, and THIS experience was worse than that one.

It was fun...but it was missing a piece

I've consistently had this issue with two other online vendors where I order a puzzle and it is missing a piece. Otherwise, it was really fun and I still would recommend purchasing. Especially if you, like I do, buy these for departmental enrichment.

It’s amazing. I bought as an activity with my husband and he’s crazy happy. We devoque 30-35min a day and we are almost done. The entire experience since the box opening is precious. Such an amazing puzzle
