When I ordered it, I was a little concerned that they would not be able to darken the tint of my wife’s hair in the portrait to reflect her being a brunette not an Auburn redhead. I placed a request to your support team after ordering to darken the hair. Upon receipt of the portrait, it had been darken not a great deal, but my wife still loved it and I will definitely be ordering again in the future. Fantastic product.
