The scents are great but customer service is not
The scents are great but the customer service is not. I was pretty much spam texted once a day reminding me how great the scents are and trying to sell the product. I finally give in and the scents were great. The problem is when you email or try to communicate with customer service, you get no reply. No updates at all. They are super quick to respond to the text message to tell you how amazing they are but absolutely nothing when you give them money and you are waiting weeks.

I'm seriously impressed with Formula Scents. The fragrances are high quality, with fantastic projection and long-lasting power. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.
