Stuff works great. Easy on the hands and much cleaner in the gym than a block of chalk.

Great stuff! Works as advertised to reduce friction on hands when doing pull-ups and other bar-related exercises. I’ve found it much better than chalk for reducing friction when using a bar for exercise.
