Loved but melted?

I loved this color and product but I only got to use it twice and then every time I’d use it, it would melt (?) or like disintegrate to where I couldn’t even use it anymore. I stored it in my bathroom so it wasn’t anywhere it would melt from temperature. Really bummed bc I loved it but it became unusable so fast.
