This belt couple with the mm harness is phenomenal. Very comfortable, and very easy to use. You can go from just the belt to a rated harness in 30 seconds. Ive hung from it for 30 minutes without trouble. They were very responsive when I asked questions and even got it sent to me before my ropes courses. Could not go wrong with this system.
