ADJUSTABLE ATLAS BARS

Perfect Design

Instead of buying a similar bar from that Ohio company and receiving it within a week, I chose to order from IFS and wait four months. Why? I know that the design has been considered throughly. Angles are perfect. Construction is flawless. Useful points: The slotted centre holes make aligning to the rack holes easy, and that adjustability of the width for placement increases potential for variations in muscle activation. There is an option for smooth black or standard finish. I chose standard, but a smooth finish would have been great to have as well. The proper washer configuration is supplied; one flat washer for the bolt side, and a lock washer along with a flat washer for the nut side. You won't mar the surface of the bar fastening it to the rack. An atlas bar seems basic, but simply being overly built (the buzz-phrase used to describe that Ohio company) often just builds a dumb awkward product). My only disappointment with this bar is that every inch of it is functional space, so there's no room for the new IFS logo. My bench, monolifts, spotter arms, and adjustable dip bars were built before the new logo was used.)

Love the Atlas bar. Thank you for a good product well made. Texture is perfect, not too aggressive and not slippery.
