The box I received was not the box that was advertised (it was about half the size of the pictured box) and contained 3 very poor quality kits which if bought wouldn’t cost any more than £10. I cancelled my subscription the day I received the box. It contained 2 small crochet kits and a macrame kit - i did not tick macrame as a craft i was interested in but they sent it anyway. Save your money and buy a decent kit from Hobbycraft, not this company

When I placed my order I chose up to five crafts (as indicated in the order process) that I would like. One being diamond painting; another being needle punch. I received my order today and am very disappointed. I understand that the order is "blind", so to speak, and you really don't know what you're going to get. I received three different craft items. One a diy string lights (which I'm definitely not interested in); another being a macrame keychain (which I have no interest in and don't know how to macrame; and final craft was a mini crochet animal (again something I have no interest in and don't know how to do). Why offer the option of choosing up to five crafts of your interests if you're not going to at least fill the order with items the customer is interested in?? VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING THIS AGAIN.

Not as advertised. Was supposed to be one off clearance purchase but they sign up to subscription which we never agreed to so had to cancel it. Only 3 items when was supposed to be 5 and items were low quality kits that youd buy for just a couple of pounds elsewhere. Bad experience
