PaleoThin® Coconut Bread

Lovely bread. Needs a spread but serves an audience well!

As a person who's allergic to almonds and somehow has wheat-protein sensitivity, I'm stoked to have a non-grain non-wheat non-almond bread! The loaf was smaller than I thought, but it's perfectly suitable for a sandwhich or buttered toast. It obviously doesn't share the texture of wheat bread, but satifies the craving for this kind of carb. It's dense and without being dry, it still has a tendency to absorb mouth saliva, so a sandwhich needs a spread like mayo. But otherwise, it's a lovely bread replacement for a audience that needs it.

I did not like the texture and flavor The slices are very small . Sorry l was very exited to try it . I got very disappointed.

Bread exceeded my expectations, almost like a bit of dessert cake, will definitely order more, calories and ingredients very impressed!!!
