Unfortunately, while installing the controller and connectors, it suffered an unexpected short circuit, and yet the store still charged me the shipping costs, for a new controller replacement

Everything is working now, but it would have been really helpful if installation instructions had been included with the controller. Figuring it out on my own was a nightmare. Other than that, I’m giving you guys a five-star rating, and that’s only because I was able to get the bike up and running. But I have to say, it was one heck of a roller coaster getting there. Especially because no one in my area (Chicago) was willing to service the bike. As soon as I mentioned the brand, most shops told me, “Bring us the part and we can help,” but they weren’t too excited about working on the bike itself, which made the whole situation pretty stressful. The bottom line is that I installed the controller I purchased from you, and the bike is now up and running. Thanks again!

Was sent the wrong product. Not anything even close to the promoted image of the part. When I tried to resolve the issue noone will respond to the multiple emails and complains directly or through Shop app. Do not buy- reporting this company through my bank and thier merchant account to have them banned.
