Great! So excited to start this journey.
Been using machine for a week now and I love it! From the moment I placed my order until the initial run was complete, the process has been a dream. Customer service was great when placing the order and helped me work through a couple of issues. Set up was easy and running the first batch has been amazing and I’m so excited for this freeze-dried journey to continue.

Very nice!
This thing was well worth the wait. It was very well packaged and even came with a nice branded padded cover! It worked flawlessly the first time using even tho I was in a rush to set it up. Thank you!
