A wonder with side effects!

I got the Beagle V2, and it is won-der-ful: first of all, the installation is very simple! Perhaps the web interface is not immediately intuitive, especially for the inexperienced, but still complete and effective. But, surprise surprise, if you think that Beagle cameras are "only" for creating time-lapse movies, you are wrong! You can control them either via a smartphone or web interface from a PC, and AT DISTANCE! Even when you are not at home, you can connect in real time to see the status of the work and, if necessary, interact by stopping it! Does that seem little to you? Well, then know that you can throw away your USB sticks and memory cards: with the Beagle cameras, you can send files to be printed directly to the 3D printer!!! A fairytale !!!!

Great little time lapse camera - super simple set-up - nice manual focus feature.

I am an owner of a Snapmaker J1S, and IDEX machine, which does not have a native camera. I adapted a few pieces of things scattered across the 3D CAD libraries and made a snug fitting camera perch for it and use it to grab time-lapse videos. By the way - the best functionality (controlling the printer) is yet to come - if they enhance the software to manage an IDEX printer. I did do some experimentation with that interface and reported the results on the Mintion Facebook Group. The interface isn't dead - just incomplete, so I remain hopeful. In the meantime - it works great. So, five stars from me - no negative surprises on the app or the camera. Here's a photo of the V2 camera and bracket adapter inside the stock J1 (no mods to the J1 are necessary) and a time-lapse video of the bracket being printed! Best of luck to all!
