Veda Necklace

Hi, I recently purchased this necklace. It is beautiful and very well made, but unfortunately it is much shorter than it appeared in the pictures. When I put it on, it feels too tight around my neck, so I won’t be able to wear it. I don’t see an option to return it on the website, and since it was not inexpensive, I would really appreciate your help. Is there any possibility of returning it and receiving a refund? I would hate to lose my money on an item that simply doesn’t fit me. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
