'Solace' Gift Set - 2 Diffusers & Refill - Lavender

First time to be disappointed with a Gift set.

A large box which sounded as if contents were broken had been delivered. No glass broken but lids were off all three gift boxes stickers used to fasten the boxes broken & no ribbons present at all. Impossible to give the contents as gifts. Never had this problem before. The gift sets in the past have been beautifully presented with gorgeous scents.
