Orders EU-44069 / EU-47074 – Demo Plus Support Follow-Up
Hello,
Thank you again for all the support regarding my exchange process.
I originally purchased the XTool F1, but after the Demo Plus session, it was recommended that I switch to the XTool F2 because it is more suitable for my jewelry work, especially engraving inside rings.
I have now completed the exchange and received the new F2 successfully. I am currently waiting for the return shipping label and refund process for the F1 and xTool Care service.
I also wanted to follow up regarding the Demo Plus service that I already paid for. During the previous session, we were unfortunately not able to go very deeply into the setup and workflow.
I completely understand that the instructor is currently unwell, and I sincerely wish her a quick recovery.
At the same time, I currently have customer work and deliveries to complete, so I would really appreciate scheduling another support session as soon as possible.
I especially need help understanding the correct setup and engraving parameters for working on gold and silver jewelry with the F2.
