Everyone raved about how great the bread tastes. It milled well and baked well with little change to the recipe. I will buy again.

Wonderful wheat berries that turn out great homemade bread. Comes packaged well in a food safe bucket. The berries are very clean and ready to mill. I’m on my second bucket and plan to reuse my buckets and next time order just the sack of wheat berries and transfer them to my nicely labeled square buckets.
