Love the bag
The embroidery is perfect
My only recommendation as a Fed ex driver
Id suggest either hiding the box with a outside box or making the logo on the box smaller
I only say this because one more people find out about this brand and how expensive is it
With a big FTL on the front of the box

The bag is great overall, the only thing that I would improve is the top small pocket. When you go to grab something, the pocket zippers always rubs against your hand.

The "16 laptop pocket is not as universal to the single dimension as other advertised pockets of the same size. It's very disappointing when the laptop that fits the one dimension doesn't fit the bag, and the monogrammed bag is pretty useless.
