Did not take 3-5 days to get results back.. what they don't tell you is that you're sending it to a warehouse that will take an extra 3 weeks to make it to the lab where it will take an extra 3-5 days to run. When I asked customer service about it they might as well have responded with "oh well sucks for you." Finally got the results back and they're just as expected according to the website.

Bought 3 never delivered!

Knowledgeable and thorough, I think it’s a necessity for dogs struggling with skin or tummy issues.
