These are so helpful! Not irritating, snug but not too tight. If you have foot/ankle pain or hypermobile ankles I highly recommend. You can wear under or over pointe shoes and perfect for every-day wear as well. I am a size 8 and got size small. I am sure if you want a looser feel you could get a size medium but I like these tight.

Great support

These offer great support to the ankle and Achilles tendon area where I tend to have some soreness. Real game changer!

Great Fit

I'm a street shoe size 8, and the Medium fit me perfectly! I've been wearing them to all of my dance classes and rehearsals, and they make a huge difference! My ankle pain has decreased significantly. After putting them on for the first time, there were a couple runs in some spots where the fabric was thinner, however, this does not seem to be negatively affecting them at all. I highly recommend!
