Retractable Banner

Hello, I sent two messages upon arrival of my banner that it was not working. It was not retractable. It was limp before I even pulled it out of the box. You could see that the banner was not taught. It was not there was no pressure like all of my other orders as you lift the banner up to stand it up there was nothing I can’t even use it. I asked what am I supposed to do with this? I mean, it’s it’s unusable. I don’t know how to repair it upon arrival. I should just be able to set it up and use it so this is horrible right now I’m losing money. It’s right now. It’s a waste of money. What am I supposed to do? Are you gonna replace it what nobody has returned my call

The banner turned out amazing! The communication to verify the photo I wanted to use was fast. And the delivery was earlier than the estimated delivery date. Thanks so much for the great work on my banner.
