Love these shirts, and now love their customer support team. This shirt arrived with some tiny slits in it so I simply replied to my order email letting them know (including some pics showing the issue). They replied within 30 mins with a return shipping label, apologized, and said they'll send a new one once I send in the damaged product. I've bought six of these shirts and love their fit and feel.

I took advantage of the buy 1 get 2 promo. The shirts fit perfectly and the colors of the shirts matched the photos online. Ordering was simple and the shirts arrived in about 2 weeks. The packaging uses cardboard inserts to keep the collars from wrinkling during shipping and each shirt comes in its own protective bag. I love the shirts and the brand!
