I do love this bed but the only thing I don’t like is how much it squeaks when my husband or myself get in and out of it. But overall I love and my son loves it too

First, the bed is everything we hoped it would be! It is so beautiful and sturdy - and our daughter absolutely loves it. Second, their customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced before. We had an issue with a few of the screws and they sent new screws AND hired someone to come assist us while we put the bed together. We will definitely be purchasing from them again!
