Delaphine Ring (Adjustable)

Looked lovely & got compliments on it but sadly one of the stones fell out & as it’s longer than 14 days since I ordered it’s not covered for a return. Very disappointed.

One of the jewels have already fallen out and lost after only wearing for 5 wear. Disappointing.

I was eagerly waiting for my order from your brand, and after a week, it finally arrived today. I was so excited to wear the earrings, ring, and necklace that I put them on as soon as I received them around 11 AM. However, to my great disappointment, the ring broke just three hours later. This is extremely frustrating, especially given the anticipation and trust I had in your brand. I expect a prompt solution to this issue. Please advise on how we can resolve this.
