I saw a demonstration of BON CHARGE's RED LIGHT TOOTHBRUSH on line and decided to give its a try. I ordered it and when it arrived, I read the instructions to try it out. I quickly noticed that the "charging indicator" was not working as described, and e-mailed BON CHARGE's customer's support concerning this seeming problem Now here's the issue: While the product, user's manual, and product presentation are all great, will there really be a "customer's support" that will do just that? Jay, BON CHARGE's representative quickly contacted me, gave me some evaluative information, and decided to replace the product, all within a couple of days. Issues like this can quickly destroy customer's confidence in a hurry, but Jay and BON CHARGE have fully satisfied this customer, and with the best toothbrushing ever, and product servicing that does just that, have made me a continuing customer and, as well, a salesperson for their great and fun products.

First time ordering a bond charge product. I’ve used Sonic toothbrushes before and was excited to try the new red light version from Bon charge. Love it so far and can’t wait to see what my dentist thinks of my overall teeth health at my next cleaning
