After trying different electrolytes brands from like LMNT, Liquid IV and many others, ELECTRALYTE is by far the best electrolyte so far. Not just because of the great tasting flavors, but for a product that you can actually feel during and after exercise.

Finally found the hydration drink for me

Bought orange flavor, 500mg of salt content recently and have used the mix about half dozen times and very pleased with this product. it's good tasting and effective, no cramping even on hot days.

I’ve tried all of them. This one wins. It’s got what you need and none of what isn’t needed. It’s not overly sweet or salty and doesn’t upset the stomach. It keeps me hydrated in my long hot rides and the cherry taste is the best flavor I’ve ever used. Like is fine as well but cherry always wins. This product wins in evened category for a hydration formula. It’s all I use anymore.
