Delivery and service excellent. However the butchery on the meat wasn't great. Cuts and gashes all over it.

Lopsided cut, not the best marbling, ended up quite tough.

Unfortunately ot came in 2 pieces instead of a whole brisket like I ordered. The good thing was I got more weight with the 2. The bad thing was they were both very thin and it made it more challenging to smoke on the grill as some parts were so thin I had to trim off.
