Awesome customer service

Had an unplanned outside the US trip come up with only 9 days to get a gift for an uncle turning 80. Ordered two products: a beverage cooler and a custom golf ball stamp. After ordering I realized that one item would ship in a day, but the other item probably wouldn’t arrive before I departed. I contacted support, who called me shortly afterwards, and I asked if there was any way to get the shipment to me sooner. I was told they would reach out to the supplier to see if that was feasible, I got the first shipment three days after ordering and the last shipment after five days - a full five days early. This is customer service. Highly recommend organization and the customizable products are great!
