Coneflower Seeds - PowWow Wild Berry

Very few seeds, no germination

As some others have commentated, the seed packet I received had very few seeds in it (I counted about 6) and absolutely nothing germinated (which is odd, because I’ve had success with almost all other Eden Bros seeds).
