I purchased another Led sign but it never arrived and it was the final sale, so when I reached out to them they offered me another one without any extra costs. Great service and very friendly!

This is by far my favorite thing around my desk. The brightness options are awesome and the length of the cord was plenty long without leaving too much excess. I am looking forward to purchasing another light of a different style. Great product!
