These are what I have come to expect from TRX: High quality, functionally designed and easily portable. Set is simple and quick. Excellent training tool for developing pull ups but also works great for “ring” dips due to individual anchoring for each strap. It is also quicker to set up than gymnastic rings due to the shorter length of straps (perfect length IMO), plus NO process of feeding the long gymnastics rings strap through the clamp mechanism. The handles have a very nice textured rubber grip and the carabiner type adjustment system is the same heavy duty system found on the TRX Pro series. Due to the independently anchored straps, these complement the TRX suspension trainers and offer another valuable tool in the training toolbox. I purchased them to assist my wife in working towards her first pull up, however, I use them for warm ups, variations of pulling movements and dips. I recommend them and the TRX suspension trainers, don’t get cheap knock offs…buy nice, or buy twice. BTW I’ve used TRX suspension trainers all over the world on numerous deployments when I was on serving on active duty and I continue to use them daily to stay strong and fit as a retired U.S. Marine.
