Glow ageless & body electric

Body electric-taste takes getting used to, certainly not pleasant. I can’t take this evey day as I feel like it’s affecting my sleep (yes I take it in the morning before or after exercise) but im already a restless sleeper. So idk if it’s working as I can’t take it regularly. Glow ageless-I’ve been having it for breakfast with Greek lac-free yoghurt with GF weetbix plus vanilla protein powder because the berry flavour is so strong. Even in my yoghurt it’s still so over powering. I wish you would do a vanilla or neutral flavoured powder. It would be a lot more versatile. Also haven’t really noticed a difference in my skin etc. Disappointed as I had high hopes after watching Carla on tvsn for years. But will continue. Just not sure if I will purchase again though :(
