Tricky!
This can be really powerful in composition, at first it smells JUST like a nail salon, not just the acetone but the bitter chemical smell of the acrylics, but the dry down is so smooth, warm, sweet, and nutty. It took over my composition but I’m not sure I’m mad at it. It gives gourmands the opportunity to stay gourmand vs shifting to a musky, woody or skin like scent on the dry down.

From nuclear nuttiness to… maple syrup?
When you first apply to blotter this is very very strong, harsh hazelnut that is reminiscent of acetone. I think you would have to dilute this to 0.1% for a non abrasive top note. Interestingly, it dried down to a lovely maple syrup note.

Delicious but short lived
When I first used this, I found it to be more like pistachio - slightly green and a tiny bit bitter. Now that it has had a few days to settle into the blend, it is more like raw hazelnuts, less harsh, but still very strong for the first few minutes of wear. I do wish it lasted longer as it's so delicious, I'd like to enjoy it throughout the day rather than less than half an hour.
