The charger is very well-built and the 20ft cable length is appreciated. Lisa was great and helped keep me updated on my order.
I always like to order directly from companies; but in hindsight, I would just order from Amazon so I could receive the charger more quickly than 2 weeks.

TLDR- item works as advertised. No issues. Very happy with purchase.
I already had a 240v outlet so it was just as simple as plugging in the charger and it worked as expected, without any issues. I also wanted to note the positive experience I had with the customer service reps. I had emailed them about an issue with not getting my discount code and they replied within minutes and then later on in the day with the code. I was actually quite impressed by their response time, which gives me the some reassurance that if additional support is ever needed, I can trust them to respond promptly.
