Original Bottle | 17oz

purchasing was a drag. price for 2 colors was lower & different pps showed different presentations. i wanted the wide mouth 17 oz, and i bought the 24 oz almost by mistake also becuz of page presentation. At ordering original later, i finally saw there was a 17 oz wide mouth. Having the lids w/ straw and w/out was also presented confusingly. it's a gd bottle for keeping beverage temp, and i have always liked my old original, and i like the carrying loop[ also w/ weird price pps] but the sale pps were a drag to deal w/. i was going to return the 24 oz one, but think in the end w/ no return of shipping, i'd get too small an amount returned. So i'll donate to a local Hartford Restorative Justice ctr in Vermont for clients in need of one. . , as well the treat of their getting one new.

Okay, but some hiccups

From previous reviews, I thought it would keep drinks colder longer. But, I wouldn't say they are that different from a couple others I have - even a promo one from a HVAC company. I like the sleek design. It does fit into my cup holder. Unfortunately, the top hits the seat warmer button though. In other words, they are kinda tall and you'll need to make sure they fit in height and/or don't hit buttons. Ordered July 31, arrived August 10.

Get Rid of That Sticky “Sleeve”

Nice bottle. No condensation. It keeps drinks cold for a long time. I haven’t tried a hot beverage yet. I took one star OFF because of the ridiculous tight, sticky “sleeve” stuck around the bottle that was extremely difficult to remove even AFTER soaking. Although the box was easy to open and well-packed, I struggled with the sticky and tight seal around the bottle similar to coffee-cup “sleeves. ” There was also a little QR-code “card” flat on the bottom. Why is it inside the bottle? It finally flowed out upon rinsing. The above “hassles” took away from the fun in receiving this bottle.
