Great product. Very slow shipping and not enough coommunication
My 5 star rating is for the product only. I love this topper. This is my second Top Smart 18".
Rating for Chiquel is maybe a 2.5 or a 3. The shipping took way too long and there was never a single bit of communication at all during the wait time. When I finally reached out after 2 months I received a reply that the issue would be looked into. Still, never a follow up email after that.
A week later, I followed up and was told my item was on the way. The order did arrive within a day or so after that email. Note that I am in the US and the order was sent from the US, so this is not a shipping issue.
Suggestion for Chiquel: let customers know at the time of purchase (before payment) if an item is not in stock or will take more than 2 weeks. Then we can make an informed decision whether or not to complete the purchase.
After a purchase, send an email letting the customer know what is going on and what the real timeline is.
