Flutter Is What You Need

I use this material to create Pat's Rubber Legs, a fly that never fails to draw strikes from trout. I am unsure why this fly is called Pat's Rubber Legs. It uses synthetic legs and no rubber. These legs have much more flutter in the water and won't rot.
