Helmet Quick Release

★★★★★ / ★★★☆☆ Good concept, but adds too much strap length The quick release itself feels well made and was fairly easy to install once I understood the setup. Unfortunately, on my Harley-Davidson HD-H31 helmet, the system adds too much length to the chin strap. Even with the factory strap adjusted as short as possible, there was still significant slack under my chin and I couldn’t achieve a safe, snug fit. I confirmed the installation was correct, so this appears to be a compatibility/adjustment-range issue. I’d recommend the manufacturer clearly state that this product may not work with helmets that have limited chin-strap adjustment.
