I am finding managing tbe batteries to be didficult and the gloves didn’t come with any instructions. If you only wear the gloves for 30-40 mins, do you just hit the button to turn them off or do you have to recahrge the batteries

My fingers get so cold that i can’t feel anything. These gloves have totally alleviated that. I have been out shoveling snow and ice and no pain in my hands and fingers. Love them.
