Thank you for the remounted mask. It looks great. I appreciate the new case and anti-fog spray. I do, though, want my concern addressed by the people in your company who set policies. I do not intend to post any reviews publicly or discuss this in my groups until we have had a chance to discuss it. I am a PADI instructor and have recommended the Seavision mask frequently -- or at least I did until this happened. The first time I contacted Seavision was because my mask was moldy. A representative told me I could clean it myself or send it back. The self-disassembly instructions were unclear (and the rep said it was 'tricky') so I sent it and Seavision took care of it. I was very grateful and wrote several public reviews. This time, after learning that Seavision no longer does this service, I asked if the company could do a short video for me on disassembly. You did not - and that cost me $100. I tried taking it apart myself, broke it (of course) and ordered the remount service. My request for a short disassembly video (or detailed instructions) is reasonable, relatively easy for Seavision, and benefits other customers. The fact that Seavision was too busy to do it does not speak well for its customer service.
