Sizing issues. Does not fit the same as other structured cap.
I love this brand so much- the message is important, and I want to support it. All items ante high quality, and every interaction I’ve ever had with representatives of the company has been fantastic. I own 3 Felix hats, and I want to buy more.
However, the sizing is inconsistent, and my head is large, which gives me serious concerns about ordering again. The first Felix hat I received as a gift (unstructured, light camo, fits best on small to medium heads), and understandably the hat is a bit small as the description states, so it is not very comfortable for me.
Wishing to remedy this, I ordered 2 hats- the realtree version, which is described as “structured fit, sits high, fits best on medium to large heads.” It fits essentially just like the small hat! Totally uncomfortable to wear.
The other structure cap I ordered (“F" CAP - LIGHT CAMO) has the same description as the realtree MWC hat (Structured fit, sits high, fits best on medium to large heads) and yet it’s super comfortable and fits perfectly!
Please, please, please get the sizing consistent, and give options to those of us with large heads. If the description says one hat fits the same as the other, make it the same size/cut.
I really want to order more Felix hats, but at this point 2 of my 3 Felix hats are uncomfortable to wear, and I don’t feel confident in doing so.
