I like to brew a hot cup for the days when I need warm nourishing tea, but I also enjoy this on this very hot days as a cold brew over ice it’s delicious on its own. I don’t usually add any sweetener. I love it, and I feel extra cool knowing it’s Alexis Raptis favorite too
