Couldn't be Happier

My shipment arrived late due to an address error, and I was really worried my pods and springtails were going to be dead. Upon arrival, they were active and healthy. They were packaged really well, and adjusted perfectly to their new setup. Im super happy with my purchase.

As per the shipping option, I selected, from the time the springtails left the business until arrival at my home was slightly under 48 hours, exactly within the timeframe that USPS offered. The package that the Spring towels were shipped in was well insulated, and the container that the springtails are in was well packed inside the package so as to minimize impact, and a small heat pad was also inside to keep them warm during transport. Unfortunately, because of either The 48 hour shipment time, possible cold temperature inside of the plane used by USPS, or other factors, the springtails were all dead when they arrived here. I notified the business within the one hour timeframe of arrival and also sent pictures per policy. The business Quickly began working on a full refund for my order. I would recommend this business to others, with the only caution being that possibly choosing next day shipping instead of two day shipping, which may have kept the springtails alive.
