Poor Quality Cups

I am incredibly disappointed in the cups that I had printed from AVCO. Every single cup has a blurred/smeared logo. Normally the company only does two print colors but when I inquired about being able to do three, they said they could but would have to require me to do a much larger order. So, I ended up ordering 9,000 cups, spending more than $2k, that are a poor-quality product. I reached out to the salesperson I had been working with and told them I wanted a refund, and I have not gotten a response. This is really bad customer service. I wish I could attach a picture to show you how bad the print job is.
